Import XLSX to ServiceNow

I have a bot that creates an Excel file from JSON data using the pandas module. But however, ServiceNow doesn't read the file properly. If the file is saved after opening in Excel 2016, it then can be uploaded without any data change

I checked the version of the file by opening it as a zip file (with 7 zip) and went to "docProps > app.xml" file in it and the App version was showing 3.0. I searched for other alternative modules which would give a version higher than 16 (which Excel 2016 uses currently)
