I am trying to generate evaluation license for DS-5.
It is showing, Unable to execute API call /api/v1/connect.
What might be the problem and how to fix it.

Evaluation licenses are only available for the latest versions of the Arm tools. DS-5 is a legacy product and we no longer offer evaluation licenses for it. You can evaluate Arm DS which replaced DS-5 at the following link.
