reset button issue when Keil ARM debug with Jlink

hello guys

i have a question.

my app start from 4000,   0 is for bootloader.

when i debug app. (already set link RO base 4000 and set below picture)

running is ok, but after i click keil reset (RST button), it can never run again (stop instantly)...

can someone tell me?  thank you...
